Music is not only about instrumental performance, but also the learning of the theory and history behind how music came to be. Learning to perform on an instrument is only a very limited aspect of learning music. Through the continuous training of fundamental musical thinking , students can furthur their understanding of the music they experience and perform.

Teaching Philosophy
Our main goal is to promote independent thinking, creativity, and the understanding of music among our students rather than simply teach our students about facts that they can find anywhere else. The combination of music theory and western art music history will ingrain the rich culture of classical music into students' lives, and cultivate students' comprehensive thinking ability for music from within.

MTS Teaching Commitment
100% RCM Royal Conservatory of Music exam pass guarantee
The goal that MTS is commited to is to open the door of music theory learning for all students. We want students to be able to listen to music and see the world of music from a theoretical perspective. Let music theory not be a boring study, but a deep personal dive into the culture of music, begining at the roots of its creation.
Our goal is to make every student truly fall in love with understanding music, and to help students take their first steps into opening up their own creative process.
